Motus Hino Mbombela currently holds a vacancy for an Admin Assistant: Sales.

Reporting to the Manager: New Vehicles, the purpose of this role is to assist the New Car Sales Department with sales and lead administrative functions.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Candidate is required to work hand in hand with sales people
  • Co-ordinate deliveries
  • Upkeep of showroom floor, stock and display
  • Assist sales manager with weekly stock counts
  • The candidate must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Assist with general day to day admin duties
  • Assist with driving whenever there is a need
Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of Grade 12
  • Must have a valid driver’s license EC1/EC
  • Clear criminal record
Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Customer and Team orientation
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skill
