De Beers will be awarding experiential learning/ internship opportunities to young people (from South Africa) who need experiential training as part of the requirement to assist the applicant to complete his / her qualification or internship as work experience exposure. The programme will be for the period of 12 or 18 or 24 months full-time depending on the discipline need.

Able to travel if need be
Be willing to work standby/overtime/CONTOPS as relevant and required by the discipline
